We want you to be satisfied with your BEMRG membership. This Refund Policy explains your rights and our obligations regarding refunds for membership subscriptions purchased on bemrg.com.

2. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer (not purchasing as a business), you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of the date of purchase without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@bemrg.com before the 14-day period expires.

Please note: if you explicitly request that we begin providing the service during the cooling-off period (e.g., by immediately accessing member tools), you may be charged for the period of service provided up to the point of cancellation.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Within 14 days of purchase — full refund available under the cooling-off period (see above).
  • Duplicate charges — if you were charged more than once for the same subscription period, we will refund the duplicate amount.
  • Technical failure — if a verified technical issue on our side prevented you from accessing membership benefits for a significant portion of your subscription period.

Refunds are generally not available after the 14-day cooling-off period for changes of mind, partial use, or circumstances outside our control.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Your full name and email address used to register.
  • The date of your purchase.
  • Your reason for requesting a refund.

5. Processing Time

We will acknowledge your refund request within 2 business days and aim to process approved refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle, our payment processor. Bank processing times may vary.

6. Free Trial

Free trial memberships do not involve any charge and are therefore not subject to this Refund Policy. No payment is taken during a free trial period.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
